Privacy & First Edition consent
What First Edition collects
When registrations are open, the First Edition form asks for your email address and your explicit agreement to receive First Edition emails from Farrava Lifestyle Studio Inc. about product reveals, private development previews, Discovery access, development notes and notices when ordering opens. We record the consent wording version, the time and the page section you signed up from. A limited, hashed rate-limit record is kept to prevent abuse. Nothing is sold or reserved through this list.
Confirmation and preferences
Your registration stays pending until you follow the confirmation link we email you; the link expires after 72 hours. Optional product, scent, vessel-colour, preview-interest and broad-region choices are offered only after confirmation. None are required or tied together.
Services we use
Registration records are stored in this site’s Lovable Cloud database, which is not publicly readable. Confirmation emails are sent from notify.sloluma.com through Lovable’s managed email service; replies go to hello@sloluma.com. That service records delivery events such as sends, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes so they can be honoured. The registration database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). We have not set a fixed retention period yet; this notice will be updated when we do. Until then, ask us at any time to delete your record.
Withdrawing consent
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing, or marking an email as spam, withdraws your consent and stops further First Edition emails. You can also write to hello@sloluma.com. App emails are confirmations only; any future newsletter would use a separate service and only reach confirmed subscribers who have not withdrawn.
Earlier previews & measurement
Earlier previews may have saved entries in your browser only. They were not subscriptions and are no longer read as confirmation. You may remove those entries by clearing this site’s browser data. No analytics service is connected. Hosting and preview services may handle technical requests under their own policies.
